The book is broken into 3 different sections:
1) Pages for you to list out your values, people and activities that help cheer you up. When you are feeling low, you can revisit this section for some inspiration and guidance.
2) Mood Tracking Pages that ask you to rate your mood on a 11-pt scale ranging from "v. shitty" to "f*cking awesome." Each spread also leaves room for you to briefly describe what happened that day and more lines to talk about it if you feel like it. No pressure though.
3) Open-ended lined journal pages for you to use however you need. Sprinkled throughout this section are little tips and tricks that are meant to give you some mood-lifting inspiration.
