Course Description

Yoga is a living practice.

This practice has the potential to infuse every moment of our daily life—from the mundane to the momentous and everything in between. Through yoga, we become less reactive, less a puppet to our habits and patterns, and more able to make skillful moment-to-moment choices.

In this four-week course, we’ll explore this living practice of yoga in its many dimensions. Weekly course discussions and special segments on teaching principles will support you in infusing yoga into your life and then integrating these life lessons into your teaching.

Curriculum

  • Week 1: Asana: The way in
  • Week 2: Sankalpa: Uncovering intention
  • Week 3: Sadhana: Teaching from practice
  • Week 4: Integration: Yoga as a lifelong practice
